We deliver to a number of countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs. GALERIAS FASHION ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Our Reply: Canadian customs clearance for most retail purchases from galeriasfashion is done through the Low Value Shipment (LVS) process. Information regarding duties and taxes paid to Revenue Canada is available from the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your order number and carrier tracking ID which is available on the shipping label or in Your Account.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are via DHL and are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature; if the recipient is not available the item may be held by DHL. EMS.
Same day orders are available in central NYC if placed before 2pm Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature; if the recipient is not available the item will be dispatched the next following day via our standard service. Please note this service charge is not refundable in the event of an “undelivered” order.
Our delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order. Orders in NY. working days to arrive whilst international deliveries to (UK. and Europe ) orders can take up to 13-16 working days .
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved your order for shipment, we will email you again to inform you of this You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, and you can also check the status in your My Account section through all stages from Order Placed, Payment OK, Order Ready to Go, Order Sent and finally Order Delivered. You can also go to www.dhl.com or www.ups.com anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied.
Shipping times will vary based on the service selected at checkout, please refer to our Shipping section for more information. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where you may experience a slight delay due to the increase in order volumes. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Galerias Fashion are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or payment transaction delays by paypal.

Thank you for shopping at GALERIAS FASHION. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.

2.FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
3.For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
4.Returns are accepted within 10 days from the shipped date.
If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at fails to meet your expectations: 1.It may be returned to any underwear clothes b for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase; or

Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and/or customs documents. Complete the Return Form by listing the return reason code and return quantity. 4.Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form and Customs Documents (if applicable). Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are currently unable to process refunds at the stores for any online purchases. For refunds of online-purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided above.

By mail. To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the return code for the item(s), either defective (21) or wrong item shipped (51). If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following for returns from U.S., APO/FPO and the U.S. territory addresses: If UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground or USPS Priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. For returns from International addresses, the shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If any standard shipping method is used, the full amount will be reimbursed. If any express shipping is used, only the amount USPS First-Class Mail International would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
All other permitted exchanges can only be made at Galerias Fashion online.
Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories, APO/FPO and International addresses. The U.S. territories includes: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
